1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.
- Tags are still attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is available.
Note: Final sale items, underwear, or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our team to provide return instructions.
- Send the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the issue and your order number.
- We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account or credit card again.
- Contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
